Hi ,

I have a nokia E52 version 034.001.

I am unable to turn off the keypad autolock

I have tried to via the following: control panel, settings, general, security, phone and sim card, keypad autolock period. Have tried to change it to none or other values, doesnt seem to have any effect the keypad still autolocks within a few minutes.

Any ideas anyone?

Did you try a reboot ?

Yeah I have tried several reboots still doesnt effect the keypad lock time

Any other suggestions?? Do other E52 users have the same issue?

Found an answer a hard reset did the trick...a little inconvenient.
