Since I've been lucky :) enough to:
Not have bricked my N97 (knock on wood)
Gotten all of my live applications working again!
Transferred all of my Music to my N97
Set up some impressive videos (both converted & recorded)
Taken an array of nice photos to show off
Sync'ed my Contacts with Pix intact
Set up all my Favorites in my Maps
Arranged my applications by Folders
I thought I'd continue to delve into the depths of some applications.
I have found some shortcomings in the Calendar application while trying to enter my meeting schedules. :frown:
1. The Repeat interval doesn't include enough variations--such as 2nd Tuesday, 1st & 3rd Wednesday, etc.
2. There is no way to set up a standard alarm time. The software assumes 15 minutes is enough, which for most people is enough time to prepare, but in my office complex we are in four buildings some of which are a good walk down the street, so 20 minutes is more in order. I find that for each meeting now I have to adjust the alarm time.
I have not yet experimented to see how a sync'ed meeting from Outlook corresponds to what is entered into the N97 Calendar, so I'll have to get back on that. It may be somewhat like the Contacts applications--it is much easier to do it on a PC and then sync it down into the N97 instead of typing everything in from scrath in situ.
