i have created my gmail account .it show in the messaging folder that i have gmail folder

but whenever i try to connect to server to retrive my mails it cant connect

is there any wrong with setting as i have not any default settings

i have gprs connection from i can able to surf normally but cannot connect to mailbox

pls help

I had a similar problem. setup the Gmail account,it could connect and retrieve emails, but wouldn't send.

Go to your gmail account - sign in, and go to settings. Under settings screen, it has settings for email clients and there is one for Symbian phone settings. I entered these settings into the phone, and now it sends and receives perfectly.
