View Full Version : NSU won't detect my 5800 even though PC Suite works fine

NSU 1.4.85en does not detect my 5800 UK Red v11.08

PC Suite is fine so I know the USB cable is fine....

I even did the factory reset option that's on the phone (settings/phone/phone mgt/factory settings) but that didn't help.

Anyone got any clues?

Try NSU with the charger connected, it seems that NSU will prevent update attempt while the phone battery is low

Could you please type *#0000# on your phone and also give complete details about your pc tooo :)
