Hi

Just turned my shinny new Nokia 5800 on and the "White" menu key doesn't seem to do anything-well it beeps and if the phone is locked it brings up a message telling me to unlock it but it soesn't bring up a menu which from reading the instructions and tutorials I guess it should.

Now before I make myself look an arse and call the shop am I doing something stupid?

Definately doesn't sound right - maybe try resetting it first by typing *#7370# ?
