I have been following this website for a couple of month or so it has really helped me to solve some common problem on the i8510. But there is one problem which no one seems to experience, which I am experiencing.

Each time I switch on my phone it informs me to select enhancement where before it use to be only when I had inserted a headphone to select enhancement. Now if I try to insert headphones to the socket, nothing turns up, this is so annoying. Only way that I can select the enhancement is to restart the phone and choosing the enhancement from the start up.

Just wondering does any one knows how to change back to normal setting once I insert the headphones.

So i am wondering can any one help me out here. Please!!!!

I have exactly the same problem. I constantly get asked select enhancement: headphones etc.
I suspect the headphone jack is slightly damaged. If it does not get better I will send the phone back to be repaired. Is this a common fault?
