I have had my i8510 for a couple months now and have noticed something very interesting!

If i charge the phone via my computer, i.e the usb leed, the battery last 2 days no probs. This includes photo taking and web browsing!

But if i charge it off the mains, it's pants...only 1 day at the very most.

Anyone else had this experience?

Actually I have noticed that too. Also, by using the wall charger, it takes forever to charge the battery to full...

I have stopped using it... I know use a desktop charger which charges the battery in half time and it seems to last forever....

any ideas why that might be?

does the usb charger have more current running through it?...i would not have thought so!
