Just like the title says, I want to use screen snap and would like to know where the CTRL & SHIFT keys are on the N96?

there arent any... they would be configured to different named keys I would have thought., although I admit I know nothing of screen snap. You could try number 16 (http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/showthread.php?t=68941)

Dunno about the N96 but on the N85 you press and hold down # to bring up editing options.

Give that a bash and let us know if the same on your N96.
