Is there any way to change the product code on the N79 yet. I just purchased on ebay only to discover it's an asian Import. I would like to flash it to a euro firmware to remove some chinese text that appears.

Also are there any downfalls to having an aisian import. Are they better / worse quality?

Have the same issue. Bought it on ebay, but the product code is Malaysian.
Can I change it? Is it necessary? It will not update to new firmware. I am not even sure which one is installed on it, european one or an APAC, how would I know?

hey guy i try to install n79 chinese, but i dont' have a chinese product code to play with, and i can't read the code, can you guy give me the chinese product code so i can try it out, thanx.

Is there any way to change the product code on the N79 yet?
I downloaded and installed NSS (Nemesis Service Suite) but the program will not recognize the N79, I get read error. Any suggestions?
