Have you tried re-booting your computer? i had the same problem with NSS and my n96, when i tried it again the next day it worked straight away, make sure you have the latest version of NSS, V 1.0.38.14

strange! maybe Nokia have changed something..have a look around on google to see if you can find anything helpfull

the phone is too new, just like n85 is not recognized by the nsu software yet, it will soon just be patient

is the problem solved?
if yes, can anyone tell me how?

I tried yesterday on N79 NSS also cannot recognize the phone and the "error" pop out.
Really need Master/Expert on this.
