I've had my N96 4 days and when I went to update the firmware through Nokia PC Suite it said there weren't any updates available. Yet, when I check my version number on my phone it says "10.065".

Can anyone guide me through the steps to getting the latest firmware (as I'm having a few problems), I've seen people talking about how to do it but I'm not really sure...

It will not ruin your contract, but it will invalidate the warranty.

i have a uk supplied T-mobile n96 which i got on saturday 11-10-2008 and mine is also the same firmware as yours, i just checked to see if there is an update yet and nothing available yet...still v10
