is there anyway to fast forword or skip when watching a movie or do you have to start from the start all the time?
is there any other video players availible that would do this?

Hold down the up or down (top or bottom) of the D pad

Pressing up on the D pad will "seek" through the video. If you're viewing Divx movies, the Dvix mobile player will remember your last position within a movie
