hi - i'm that close to purchasing the black N82 after getting rid of my N95 8GB due to faulty slider on 3 models. Just wondered if someone has owned both handsets and can confirm that the display is 'duller' on the N82 then the N95 8GB. I have to be honest and say that I had the original N95 a year back and when I went to the N95 8GB I though that display )although bigger_ seemed more washed out. I just don't want to make the same mistake with the N82. I can't see anything else out I want at the moment so have gone on 02 sim only contract for a few months but need a decent handset. Finally, I have seen one on ebay for £264 (brand new unlocked) which I think is the cheapest price I can find? Thanks

yes the screen is duller on the N82 as nokia have inexplicably not allowed the brightness to be increased fully on the N82. apart from that I think that the N82 is the best phone out right now and hopefully the next firmware update will rectify that problem.

ps-maybe its just me but i would stay well clear of buying anything remotely expensive on ebay
