For some reason I have lost all my stored additional words, has anyone else had this problem before? its an N82

I've seen this happen occassionally on all my Nokia's T9 dictionary. Would love to hear how to keep the dictinoary intact ! Heck - is there a tool to transfer the dicitonary to a new phone, or import an update to a T9 dictionary? thanks !
