I am intrested in buying a 3650 but I want to know what the web viewing is like on this device. I am having atough time picking between the 3650 and p800. any advise you guys can give will be great. I am trying to consider the entertainment factors to games, video recoeding ect. Do you guys think that the touchscreen is enough to chose the p800 over the 3650. Price is not a factor since I can afford either of the two. Thanks for the help

Well playing games in the P800 isnt very good, as for Video recording...forget it! No Camera APIs....for now that is. Larger memory expandability. P800=128MB 3650=256MB.

The P800 is better becasue of the larger screen, better processor and symbian 7.0. But not for playing games and video.

9210i.

Or buy a JVC 7210XP with a Nokia D211 PC-card and you'll be a very very happy guy. I did and I am. :bday:
The 3650 is a nice toy and it looks special. But surfing the web isn't really want you want to do with this little thing. I use it on my trips to the US (tri-band) and for storing some personal data. I even use the camera from time to time to send some pics to friends via e-mail. But otherwise, there are better phones out there and the P800 is definetely more sophisticated. If you need a serious working tool, choose the 9210i. Period. ;)

Nokker now that you are at it, I think that A desktop PC with Opera is the best option for browsing the net. For gods sake he asked about the P800 or 3650. We now that the 9210i is better for surfing but thats not the point. :-? ;) :D :) :-? :o

Actually, I find gaming to be pretty good on the P800. Doom plays really well using the 5way jog dial and the two buttons on the other side(quick access camera button and browser button). The game is in landskape mode, you stear with the jogdial and use the two other buttons for action. And you can configure one button to have multible functions, so you don't need to use the stylus at all. I find the game very playable and have killed alot of time(and bad guys) playing it. :)

As for other games, well if you like adventure type games the P800 is far superior compared to a non-touch screen device. And you have all those great PC games that would be easier to play on the P800. I'm really awaiting the release of Snails(Worms clone) for the p8.

And about the video recorder issue, I know there's one guy over at My-Symbian working on one right now. And he's already made a video player with streaming possibillities which can play videos in full-widescreen mode.

And there's just so much more great software in the pipe line for this device.... Not mention the fresh release of Opera which makes web browsing truely enjoyable.
