Dear all,

For some reason, I can no longer 'expand' the SMS messages in my inbox.

I can see the header and sender, but clicking 'open' on it (via centre directional or options menu) doesnt work. However, I can 'reply to' and 'compose new message' with no problems.

So far, I've turned the unit off and on, removed battery, but no hard reset yet.

Any ideas?

Seems an software fault... so, or you wait until next firmware version, or format that unit... until the same problem appear:frown:

I believe you could be right.

I've done the reset (green, 3, *) and it works again.

I've kind of isolated the cause to my switching the option for message storage from 'phone memory' to 'memory card'.

after switching, i can only see the smses but can't seem to open them.

it's working... for now, but i've also taken the opportunity to re-format the memory card.

things started going sour only after loading Map Loader Beta into the phone.

thankfully, it's new enough that I don't have that much stuff to restore.
