Sorry if this question is already answered, I used a lot of searchs and only found the inverse solution, how to GET your MP3 listed as ringtones.

The fact is I have a lot of MP3 (~2gb) on SD card, and all of then gets listed in the ringtones dropdown.

Is there any way to limit to a specific folder to be listed as ringtoes? the E:\Sounds\Digital should be fine, but it scans my entire SDCard ;/

Have just started to add music to my card, using PC Suite and they too are all showing up in the ringtone collection, so i too would like to hear an answer to this question.

Still like to hear more about this. Added a language course to mem card at wkend , its own foldr at root of card, and now I've 150 new ringtones.
Crazy.
After looking around other boards, one solution it put music in a format that is not recognised by native Nokia player. Like using .wma, or ogg and then finding a Symbian player for those formats.

The same problem applies to every image on phone showing up in Gallery.

Any way to have Gallery opening in the default Album that I've chosen for saving photos
