Hello together,

I have noticed that sometimes the M600i goes mute even if the related option in M600i is resulted being active. The only solution is to restart the mobile.

Just to avoid any misunderstanding - this isssue is only related to the ringtone (I cannot hear the ringtone when recieving the call)

Any simillar experiences?

had a similar error, mine was due to two prongs that connect to the front speaker not aligning themselves properly with the front housing from the pcb
