I am trying to connect my Nokia 6288 to my Laptop via USB so i can use PC Suite and the Updater software. When I connect them together i recieve an error message from windows saying "usb device not recognised". Im using the correct CA-53 usb cable and have also tried the dku-2 cable. Both work with my N80 but not the 6288.strange thing is i can synchronise via bluetooth but it doesnt seem recognise the 6288 when connected via usb. ive tried all the uninstalling and reinstalling aswell as trying different ubs ports. does anyone have any suggestions?
