Given my recent trouble with PDF size on the E90 and running out of memory. I was wondering if Acrobat or something similar can automatically extract from it's TOC each chapter as a separate file?

View Full Version : Is there a program that can do this? steffi 20-08-2007, 02:14 PM Given my recent trouble with PDF size on the E90 and running out of memory. What a shame:frown: steffi 20-08-2007, 03:36 PM With respect that's not very constructive now is it. So the solution would be a program that lets you split each chapter into it's own file. but preferably done in such a way that you don't have to enter the specific range. E90? Out of memory? Also? What a shame:frown: nj7 20-08-2007, 03:58 PM I just though that E90 was able to deal with large pdf files, because the large amount of RAM. So it is not. The solution, for me, is another kind of device, like UMPC or Laptop... Because E90 is not the solution. jmvdinis 22-08-2007, 02:00 PM With respect that's not very constructive now is it. Did you try the new pdf reader from Quickoffice? Try to follow the link from Quickmanager of your Quickoffice. we-are-borg 22-08-2007, 10:15 PM ^^ has anyone tried the new adobe pdf reader via quickmanager? Its 14 euro or so.... is it worth it??!! I'm afraid to sa that my experience with adobe products across the board is that they are essentially bloatware. I certainly don't mind paying for the new version... if it is worth it. But the current free version thats on my E90/N95/N73 is virtually unusable. Its slow and buggy and the ammount of ram on the E90 has nothing to do with it. |
