Can somebody please help me verify if there is a so-called newer/Fixed E90 model that has a wider internal screen to keyboard gap that prevents the internal screen from being scratched... and that it has a more stable rubber soles, meaning that the E90 does not wobble on a flat surface...

Yes i purchased my E90 just under a week ago and the rubber feet are all even and the keyboard doesn't touch the screen either. It also came with the latest Firmware installed.
