1. Have just got an Orange N73 and am using it with a JABRA 200 headset. When I try to answer a call with the headset, it locks the phone which then shuts down and restarts.

Any idea what might be happening?

2. If you reformat a phone, does it wipe eveyything and is it the same as using the restore settings?
