I have a problem with my N73. When I turn it on, the progress stop at the Nokia Logo (the intro). No respond... I have to take the battery out to turn the phone off. But sometimes a window appear and tell that the phone start-up failed.

How can I do the "reset" thing if my phone doesn't pass the Nokia Logo? It seems that buttons don't affect the phone at all. I can't do the *#7370#.

Is there any way to solve this problem? Is there any other way to reset my phone?

Try an hard format: * + 3 + green and power on - it lost everithing inside:icon4:

Are you sure it doesn't work? Make sure you hold *, 3 and green simultaneously as you turn the phone on (and keep holding) - don't press the keys one at a time.

Nope. I press and hold *, 3, green since my phone was off, and keep holding those 3 buttons for more than 2 minutes. I've tried this many times. But nothing happen. Are you sure we can do that *, 3, green with n73?

had the same problem with my N73,same message,no luck had to to a hard format,lost pratically everything,before I done the hard format,took out my 2gb miniSD and done the format,N73 fine then,I want to put the memory card back in the phone,no luck,had to format the card as well...

u need to have full battery charge. Try it while charging, 4me it worked

have a problem with my N73. When I turn it on with mini sd card phone start-up failed. without mini sd card it works

my n73 ran into this prob as well. holding *, 3 and green while charging the battery (without charging it didn't work) and starting the phone did it for me. lost all data though...:frown:
