I have a slight problem when using the headset. When its connected to the phone, and I recieve a message or call, the loudspeaker is used, and not the headset, I have looked in the settings and can find no way to change this, does anybody know of a solution to this problem, many thanks

If I undestand the question, see on Profiles if it work like You said.

No, there is nothing on profile which I can see which activates the headset when someone calls, I would of thought this would be automatic.. please help :)
