Hey, quit the bizarre and useless advertising!

I saw the name of the thread and expected to find info about o2 actually having this phone direct from them on a decent contract and instead found a duff contract on your site!

Poor show.

I recently received my N93 from ( - same place). I did get the phone pretty quickly to give them their due. However . . . . .

There was no miniSD card in the box even though it is stated that it should be on the webpage. Also the user manual was a very poor quality photocopy/print off and the other two manuals (Getting started and the other one I think) were both in Spanish.

Am still in the throws of trying to get Genuine manuals and compensation for the lack of miniSD card though I did buy a 2GB one myself.

So there you go. A precautionary tale. :cool:

I got mine from Mobile Shop as well, went with the Vodafone Anytime 200 18 month contract and handset for £99.99. I didn't get a memory card either and I complained figuring that the guy who had checked the box before dispatch had swiped it or something (they haven't replied yet, only emailed them on saturday) but from what I've been reading Nokia changed their mind in including the 512mb card. I was gonna upgrade anyway so I'm not that bothered, just brought my timetable for it forwards a little.

I got the crappy manual as well, did you notice in the clock settings that the factory settings had the time-zone set to Kabul? I reckon it's an import (not that I'm complaining for £99.99) cos the quick start guide was also titled 'Principos basicos' although exactly what language that is I don't know. Everything else is in English including the default language of the phone so I'll get by.

Spanish was it? I wasn't sure cos a lot of languages like that are similar.

Make that 3/3 from mobileshop. No minisd and poor manuals. It was supposed to be only 128mbs though and had ordered a 2gb UltraII anyway. They said to send the whole package back in order to get the card - bugger that, you'd pay more in postage.

The phone is easy to use though. Just have to work on the SIP settings and choose a skype replacement.

Got mine from a local phone shop here on the Isle of Man,
manuals in english :-) 128mb mini sd in the box and yes the clock was also set to kabul, that may have been because afghanistan is the first country in the time zone settings.

Still waiting for the 3g card to register but that's manx telecom all over.

So far so good, pleased with the screen as my eyes aint what they used to be.

Its one BIIIIG clamshell tho;

I might have to get a neck strap for it as well, i wouldn't want to put it in either a jean or a shirt pocket might end up bent over like quasimodo.

Will see what battery life is like after two weeks, the N80 got better after a month of charging and the software upgrade.
