anyone an idea whether the Skype version presented on 6680 will work on e61. When initially comparing e61 and e70 (ahortly after the announcement in October), I recall there was a difference in WiFi connectivity that would have made it impossible to do run Skype. However, when I check the comparison charts now, I see no reason why this should not work.. any thoughts?

No it wont - different version of S60 (i.e. software binary incompatibility). However I'm sure that there will be / is a version running on the Eseries though. There's no reason why it should not.

fine review, but I noticed when reading that there are still a lot of "bugs" or issues that have to be better. The big screen isn't used mostly for the 100%. But it's like said in the review, its the first edition of blackberry like phone from Nokia so the second edition of in the following firmwares it will become better.

But what I really liked would be a E61i version. That i version has to got a carl zeiss + 3MP megapixel camera at the back with a white led (not a blueish one like on the N70) and at the front a 1.3MP camera.

Do you know by the way that is 802.11b or 802.11g WiFi and it is also available in AZERTY?

Don't know about AZERTY, but WI-FI is 802.11b/g (b & g).

Thx for the answer

What you think about my idea for Nokia to make an E61i for example with the cameras I mentioned above

I hope if they ever make an improved E61 with camera they will also release an identical improved model, but without camera. Phone cameras suck and bring up the cost of the phone needlessly.

I have to agree, the main reason the E61 appeals to me is that it DOES NOT have a camera. I don't need one at all. There is a market out there with people who don't need a camera, but do want business orientated features.
