i got me a *.sis theme and how to get it on my phone?

i got it on my mem card ...created a folder called themes but how to get it now in the themes application

Put it in the root of the MMC card and use the "Manager" app to install it (or a File Manager; built in or separately installed, such as FExplorer from http://www.gosymbian.com).
