Hi there!

I would like to set the contact's search method to accent insensitive!
(To find eg. Hungarian names like Dávid typing David - wich is much faster to type)

Any1 knows HOWTO?

Sorry, no. I suffer the same problem ( I am a Hungarian as well :-)
The good news that the search on the cover is insensitive. The bad it is sensitive inside. I recommend you to wait for new patches. I remember Nokia changed quite many thing on my good old 9210 between patches. One of them was that I could reach the character "ő" by using the CHR key.
We will see. Also they promise to issue a new patch in January for Hungarians. Try calling Mobil-Ask Kft.
