I donīt know, what you are talking about.
Yesterday the SE P800 was sent to my house, and it works perfect!
( Iīm writing this mail with the p800!!!)
But the menu is in german, so I donīt think so that you are able to use it.
I bought the phone from Sonyericsson Germany and they told me, that theyīre finished testing the phone and that they will start to deliver to the shops. So you can be glad, because the p800 will be delivered soon.
( in about 1-2 weeks) ;)

1-2 month is extremely optimistic guess. Realistic guess is about 6 months.
Intresting that p800 does not support 1.8V SIM cards. (that October whitepaper)

in belgium you can only buy simfree, meening we always have to pay the full price and can never get a phone free, it's illegal over here
i don't know if the p800 will only have one language installed or the usal lot

i can understand for people who always have to buy with a contract this sounds good but we don't get the choice to buy a phone cheap with contract or get an upgrade. if you want a new phone you pay the full price.
i guess it's got good and bad sides to it :-?
