The Nokia 9500 Communicator… how well does it communicate with the outside world? One of the main selling points of this device is the fact that it can go online in a number of different ways. For the next part of the All About Symbian Nokia 9500 review (http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/features/viewarticle.php?id=125), Ewan looks at the 9500 on the Internet.

Ooh, I should think we're good for another three parts at least. In addition to Office stuff, there's multimedia, plus 3rd party app compatibility, etc., etc.

Also, everyone, note that the browser part of the review has now been tweaked slightly (the 9210i has Opera, too!).

The 9500 is throwing up quite a lot of problems punching through wifi setups that work well for wifi laptops etc. It tends to "connect" but refuse to download pages. Something wrong with the http stack????

I was hoping for the 30-second internet experience but, like a number of others, was disappointed. Still not working for me.

(See the expansys website, nokia 9500 thread for details)
