Somebody help please. Several of the keys on my phone are not responding such as the green phone key on the cover, the top most key near the screen, the p key on the keyboard. I've tried rebooting, taking out the battery, sworn at it but to no avail. Please help.

Believe you are referring the keys on the phone side (external)? I have this problem with some of the keys every few months or so on my 9210i. Just bring it to a Nokia Service Centre to have the keypad serviced! I think they just do some cleaning and most of the time, no change of parts is required.

I did change the membrane pad once because the cleaning alone does not fix the problem.
