As you know, the mini plug in the Sendo X is propietary (I think :))
Does someone know a way to place other headphones or if itīs possible to buy a new Sendo one?

the only thing I can confirm you is that the headphones that come with sendo you can buy them in a spare part.
check expansys for example.

I think you can buy alternative adapters - I think that the 2.5mm jack is common to a lot of phones. Take a look at this thing - you should be able to use headphones & still use the phone through them: http://www.pc-mobile.net/hitachi.htm

Xerxes.... the adaptor at expansys... If you have the phone in the pocket, do you must to take it out to be able to touch the call button?, I say this due to the short distance between the connector and the microphone.

Yes. That is the downside, but I think it's worth it to be able to use decent headphones.
