i realise theres no black 6260 anywhere in the world. why is that?

is it not going to be released?

no idea, but i am after the black one too, i played with one for about 2 minutes in a nokia shop today (guy wouldn't let me turn it on but hey it's series 60, i know what to expect ;)) and the form factor isn't that bad to be honest, i find that i use 2 hands whenever i use my phone anyway, plus the C key is on the right hand side, which i always use, so i can just go up with my hand a little, practice but i can achieve it!! sites like onestopphoneshop.com are advertising with the image of it in black but i dunno if that is an idication to the colour you get or not (only got a 6600 from them which came predominantely in 1 colour). if you're after one a new contract though you might wanna look into them, when i got my 6600 i was quite pleased to realise that i had gotten a Sim-Free handset which was unlocked to any network automagically :D

sorry i digressed but yes black = good.
the guy in the nokia store said that only they have it at the moment, but other stores should be getting it in about 6 weeks (!) but i think he was lying to me to be honest. as phones4u have it advertised but have no dummy model out.

No one has much trouble finding this black model as I am.
Every day I spend more than 10 hours surfing and looking in every single online store in the world!!!!
Here is the results of my research:

- UK = out-of stock. Order on request might take more than 1 week. Pixmania.com expects it mid. Nov
* Uk stores only have it in Silver

_ European countries: in-stock but I can't read thier language. I eamiled every store I visited but no reply :mad: they might do not know English :o

- Autrailia & New Zealand: in-stock but they ship domestically.

- USA: in-stock, ship world wide they require Visa/ mastercard and mines are out of their limits :frown:
how poor I am !!

I'm new here, The 6260 isn't currently coming out in black just yet, but will be soon. I suggest you go to www.e2save.com to get it as they have 6 months half price line rental on it. I got mine from there and it was great... free accesories aswell!
