Nokia have announced the 6650 (, this is their first 3G phone for the public sector and looks to be running the Symbian Series 60 UI (admin edit: it's not it is Series 40, but it is still a nice phone). Includes a camera to take photos and make movies, a nice looking bit of kit.

* This product uses dynamic or static memory for different functions. Dynamic memory means that the available memory is shared between dynamic memory functions. When any of these functions is used , there is less available memory for other functions which are also dependent on dynamic memory. Static memory means that a certain amount of memory is allocated to each static memory function.

I don't think this device uses Symbian OS. There is no mention of it on the official pages, and I don't think they would forget an important fact like that.

Even if it does use Symbian, it definitely isn't Series 60 Platform because the FAQ says that the display resolution of this device is 128x160, and Series 60 requires 176x208.

It doesn't use any Symbian OS. It's Nokias own software...
