I run Windows 98SE so basicly the software i got with my 7610 is useless cos the PC Suite is 2000 and XP only, it does howeva have the driver for the data-cable on there which i thought id b able 2 use just 2 transfer mp3's,
I have installed it with no problems but when i plug the usb in and the computer finds it, it then swears blind that the driver is not there even tho i can see it on my computer and select it but it wont take it?
Is there anyway i can get round this cos Data-Cable looks like my only way of gettin files to my fone.

Had exactly the same problem, best way to download MP3's is search the web on your mobile for any of these sites or any sites that offer Mp3 for dowload:

Kazzaa.com
Kazzagold.com
Morpheus.com

access it with your phone install the MP3 player they offer you(which should be free) then you can download Mp3's direct

I found one called musicplay.com but their tracklistings are w*nk so best to use one of the above or just search the web with your PC to find others
