Hi ppl,

my SX1 mobile got blocked and called the dealer several times for the master code and finally the gave it to me. I Tried the code countless times in so many ways but all i got is a 'not allowed' error message.



i changed my sim card with another one but got the same error message.

I removed the sim card from the phone and entered the master code but i got ' sim card restrictions off' message.

Whats going on, please helpppppppppppppppppppppp.


I am stuck and don't know what to do. I tried upgrading to firmware 12, but samething, i tried formatting and restoring the phone to its default setting but to no good.

So, were you able to fix it? The dealer might have given you the wrong code.
I'm currently stuck with the same problem and will probably go to Siemens service center to have it unblocked. Problem is, I heard that it's not covered by the warranty (atleast not in my country).

If the right master code doesn't work, you probably have no choice but to unlock it yourself. Unless your dealer or local siemens service center can do that for you.

In my case, they can't so I had to do it myself. Not easy. I had to open the phone, cut something inside and use an unlocker software. Needless to say, my warranty is now voided.

hi mate im actually new here. so i am not sure wot to do. But i have an siemens sx1 to i bought the phone from turkey and ive been using this phone for the last 2 month i didnt have any problems untill 2day. i entered my phone was locked so i entered my phone lock key first time it wrong so i then enter the code again by no mistake. but the phone just got blocked for some reason could u send me the master code please just to see if i could get me hone working please.....
