Does anyone know about a Cutter for MIDI ringtones? I know of Audacity but it only does MP3's

hey do you know any mp3 to midi converters for polyphonic ringtones that are free??

mp3 to midi is next to impossible.There are some convertors but the results are not pleasing.Search google.

simple midi cutter but it works in command prompt and is really awsome tool
