I think it's safe to say that any app which uses the camera is not going to work.

Philips camcorder
Photographer
Etc.

So far all other apps that's advertised as 6600 compatible has worked for me.
SMSextender
MGS Pool2
RescoViewer
UltraMP3
Oplayer3

And the nice people that created these progs have all kindly given me new reg codes to get these working on my new phone!! :)

OpenBit are working on a 7610 version of Photographer too.

Doom sounds work on the N-Gage as for applications, try the shop: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/shop/

You should check out the List of working/non working apps (http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17727) in the 6600 forum.Since the 6600 and 7610 both run on Series 60 2.x and Symbian 7.0s

Why bother with a camcorder app?
The built in 1 does extended recording, 10 mins is enough for anything.
Including for me a home porno :)

UltraMP3 works fine, BUT it won't stop playing when there is an incoming call. It just stutter and hiccough, but if you are not careful you might miss a call. You have to turn it off to receive your call properly.

Do you have such an experience?

cameraFx v2, and camcoder pro (4 6600) both work on the 7610...theoretically, everything that works on the 66, should work on the 7610...but it isnt quite that simple is it..lol...
