I recently broke my nokia 7650 and the only damage to it was that the brown data ribbon in teh inside was ribbed. so i have bought a new one and i have cleaned up the contacts in teh phone but i dont know how to conect the ribbon on to the phone. i have tried several times with cellotape but only when i hold it tigtht does it work.

i have some soldering gear at home but i am scared to do it as the contacts on the phone are so damn close together.

i live in surrey, so does anyone know where i can go to get this attached or any ideas on how i can do it myself???

i have just snapped the ribbon my sisters phone 7650. i was wondering is it possible to get it repaired
