Is it possible to upgrade the firmware to a language different from the original one?

Mine is now a SX1C_C-CHINA-DOMESTIC-zh-ch_07_0002 and I would like to upgrade it to SX1C_C-HONGKONG-RETAIL-zh-hk_10_0001. I've tried to upgrade it with the official program but Error 2 was resulted.

Is it possible to do it in an unofficial way?
