I'm also searching for this. BUT those are not apps but cfg-files. I think it's unpossible, even with runner. This is thesame in ER5 OS.

U know I guess whese cfg-files will not run with out the control panel running /phpBB/images/smiles/icon_frown.gif I've tried runner to reach for any clues but I was unlucky !

I just hope some one will come up with something !! or at aleast a new app that does this trick
