Seems that Sendo X comes out today in Italy. Sendo Italian call center has confirmed it and i think that tuesday is our day for finally see it in the shops .... Just waiting ...

I doubt it given the problems they are having in getting it fully into production. This is from the Sendo website, dated 6th Jan:

Sendo intends to launch the phone in the first quarter of 2004 in some European markets, with the rest of the world to follow later in 2004.

Anyone else think they'll miss the boat if they take any longer?

They've replaced the note at the bottem of the smartphone page (on the sendo website) saying that the X hasn't yet recived authorisation from the EC with one that says it hasn't been authorised in the USA.
