Don't ask me why, but has anyone else noticed that you can't set a Calendar evvent to any time before 1980?

Why do you want to enter entries into your calendar from before I was born?

hi, this has remind me, anyone know a quick way on how to delete old calendar events. I don't find any setting like deleting those events that's already past long time.

I use the Options -> Delete Entry -> Before Date. It then asks for the date before which you wish to delete all entries.

I'd have thought they'd learned from the 9210 and added an automated feature by now that deletes all calendar entries once they are passed by a certain amount of time (I.e. a month out of date). Rather than make us have to do it manually, ok there is that shortcut to delete all before a set day, but to have it automated would be sooooo useful.

Isn't there an option in the Sync bit of PC Suite that lets you automatically delete entries over 3 months old (for example)?

Hmms, that's not much use to those of us who never sync the device because we don't use any of the apps that the 9210 can sync with.
