No I'm not really sure why you would really want to do this, but when I saw it made me laugh. This skin (http://www.handango.com/brainstore/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=308&catalog=0&sectionId=0&productType=2&platformId=4&productId=92499) for Tracker 3.0 (http://www.symbianware.com) will make the user interface of your UIQ device look just like the UI of a PocketPC. The familiarity might be nice for switchers, but are you sure you want to banish that lovely UIQ UI!?

There are of course other skins too (iPhone, Jaguar style and more) available from the Symbianware website.
