In this typically vague Symbian press release (http://www.symbian.com/news/2003/pr030812.html) it announces that Mobility Electronics becomes the first office software company to join Symbian Affiliate Partner Program. They already have readers for Word and Powerpoint for series 60. Hopefully this release means it will be the full Quickoffice suite with editing, as it quotes "With the 2003 launch of Quickoffice for Symbian OS, Mobility Electronics continues to define the benchmark for mobile office suites, adding significant value to professionals on the move with their Symbian OS-based phones". Although its well hidden in the release so make up your own mind. Full details follow...

I try and pick up on all significant Symbain related press releases :).

I should have also posted this link (http://www.wirelessdevnet.com/symbian/rb_66.html) to a Wireless Development Network interview with your Paul Moreton. Which gaves a lot more details about what you are doing with Quckoffice and Symbian. I hope this means we will be able to edit 'word' documents on the go in the not to distant future :D

Oh and by the way welcome to the forums. Its always nice to see people from the development community dropping in here
