It was on display at E3, and now according to AJ Rayman for the Nokia 92x0 is going to be released very shortly through Gameloft ( Rayman is a well known platform game, first seen on the Amiga.

The game is expected to be a port of the Pocket PC version of the game, which has been available for some time and has the following features:

Mister Dark wants to become its ruler, and to meet his goal, he has kidnapped and imprisoned all the Toons, these tiny elements essential to the light and life of the universe. Rayman is the latest hope; he's the only one who can go and free the Toons, and get to Mister Dark's lair to wipe him out.

The time for action has come! Lead Rayman in his quest to save the world, all along the 31 levels of the game.

Rayman is a big-nosed chap with no legs, no arms and a head without visible means of support. The only body parts he has to call his own are a head, a torso, two hands and two feet. But Rayman has innate magical powers, and can also get extra abilities thanks to his friends :

Helicopter power : can fly with his hair
Hang on to Flying Rings
Slide along
Surf on Plums

Indeed, in his quest, Rayman will meet lots of friends that will help him on his way; but things will be though. Enemies are around…

Typical isn;t it, you ask for ages for something, and when a big hairy man in a Red Suit presents it to you, you throw it out the pram in a strop....

First impression: ... not really ...

I'll write a nice review :) I'll first play it for a while ;) I think I must be one of those people who have to high standards ;)

Second impression ... Damn this rocks :)

I like it, like it allot, that is after playing a hour or 2 ;)
Only thing it's missing so far is a dimmer for the volume, you just get on/off

When I first saw, played it, I got the impression that rayman the character was to small to see like in skyflying :s But it's real fine :) I'll do a review on it after some more gaming :) But nevertheless it's worth a download :)
