I am italian too but i will write in english for the other peoples.

1. I'll find only one way to save the contacts to the sim ... open the contact and then Options -- Save to sim. If the name and surname is empty, the menu doesn't appears.
2. If you find a new firmware .... please advertise me .... :roll: I have problems with a TIM branded phone and 3 link's in the Favourites that i cannot delete ...
3. I dont know
4. Some fixed phones, are as protected numbers, so the number doesn't appears... by the way i dont know what happens if you have 2 contacts with different names but the same number .... check it.
5. I think the only way is to restore the phone with factory settings.
