Nokia 9210, 9210i and Nokia 9290 devices summary
The Nokia 9210, 9210i and 9290 are very similar devices.
The Nokia 9210 was the first Symbian device using ER6. There's a lot of material on Crystal and the Nokia 9210 in this part of the old Communicator section. This is now out of date, but has been left on the site as some of the information is still useful, especially the screenshot section. The pages in this section have been updated to reflect the arriaval of the 9290 and 9210i.
The Nokia 9210 is a phone with a PDA, the PDA side of this device is very powerful supporting a full office suite, messaging solutions, wireleses browsing. There is a great deal of 3rd party software which can be added to the device.

The Nokia 9210 was the first version of this phone aimed at the European market. The Nokia 9210i is an updated version, and the Nokia 9290 is a US version of the 9210i. However they can all be treated the same in terms of the way they work. They have the same operating system and tips and tricks applying to one will generally apply to all.
