Try KaZaA. You're unlikely to find anyone who is prepared to give links to sites illegally offering ROMs for download.

Well try www.mame.dk and be careful, the rom files there are all in split rom format. Means that you have to combine it yourself. Have fun.

You don't have to get all the file with PACMAN. Okay I'll explain again.
Go to www.mame.dk then on the left hand site(navigator), type in "PACMAN" at the find field. select "ROM NAME" and click on go. After getting the result (5 romsets if I'm not mistaken), look for the one with the exact ROMname which is "PACMAN", no junior, PC-mania or what so ever.
After you have locate the one with PACMAN, click on details and another page with the full details about the game will comes up.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, there can see a ROM INFORMATION section. Just make sure you get all the files stated there. Careful, part of the file can be in other romset. In this case PUCKMAN.ZIP. That means you will have to download the PUCKMAN.ZIP also. Unzip it and locate the file which PACMAN is needed(according to ROM INFORMATION) and put it into PACMAN.ZIP. And voila, you have your standalone set which you can play with your P800.
In fact there are some tools to help you on this but it's going to be more tediuos, so I guess I'll have to skip for now.

Please be careful which links are posted, look in the Symbian Gaming Forum for a sticky thread containing where AAS stands with ROMs.

Thanks.

FWIW - www.mame.dk no longer has ROM files, due to threats of legal action.
