I have a problem when i try to launch bluetooth application don't start and appear "unable to perform bluetooth operation" What i can do? i have efilemanger on my nokia. The problem appears when i try to connect via bluetooth with another nokia.Please help me!

Get your phone fixed. Thats an error that has been discovered some time ago.
Happens usually after careless (deleting) usage of any filemanager.
Go to the nearest NSC.
